Orders ship via USPS, either via First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on selected shipping preferences and weight (packages over 13 oz must be shipping via Priority Mail).

All packages ship from Brooklyn, NY. Packages sent within the U.S. via First Class Mail are generally delivered within three to six business days. Priority Mail packages are generally delivered within three days of shipping within the U.S. However, USPS does not guarantee within a certain time frame for First Class or Priority Mail.

Yes! Please note that international packages sent via First Class International cannot be tracked through USPS, and that transit times are variable. Packages have been delivered anywhere between 7 and 24 business days. USPS also does not provide tracking for these packages, and we cannot guarantee delivery. Kwohtations is not responsible for any additional customs tariffs or charges that your country imposes on your package, nor can we predict what they might be.

You will receive a USPS tracking number for all First Class and Priority packages once your order ships. Please note that the USPS tracking is not always reliable.

Unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging and in new condition purchased from the Kwohtations online shop can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of order. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Kwohtations items purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective policies.

Kwohtations will not refund shipping costs for the return of items, and is not responsible for any packages lost by the carrier.

Items shipped in error or received damaged can be returned for refund within 5 days of customer’s receipt of order. Kwohtations will refund ground shipping costs for the return of any item shipped in error or received damaged and/or defective. Damaged packaging should be kept for inspection by the carrier. Please see above for notification and shipping instruction

Kwohtations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or otherwise undeliverable packages. We will work with you to the best of our ability to ensure your package is delivered without issue. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information, including floor, suite, or apartment numbers where applicable. Once an item is shipped out, we unfortunately have no additional way to track your package other than using the tracking number and contacting USPS. If you are having a difficult time locating your package, please contact your local post office. Kwohtations is not responsible for any packages lost by the carrier.
