All packages ship from Brooklyn, NY. Packages sent within the U.S. via First Class Mail are generally delivered within three to six business days. Unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging and in new condition purchased from the Kwohtations online shop can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of order. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Kwohtations items purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective policies.
